Data Collection
We collect essential details such as name, contact number, email ID, business information, and address for registration and service purposes.
Only information relevant to Privilege Membership services and networking will be collected.
Use of Data
Your information will be used to provide access to Privilege Membership benefits, premium networking opportunities, event participation, and official communication.
We do not misuse, sell, or rent member data to any third party.
Your data will never be shared for unauthorized marketing, MLM, spam, or promotional activities.
Data Security
Strict security protocols are in place to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of member data.
Only authorized LVB staff have access to this information for operational purposes.
Member Responsibility
Privilege Members must not misuse community data (e.g., spamming, bulk marketing, MLM promotions).
Any misuse will lead to immediate membership termination without notice.
Communication
Members will receive communication through email, WhatsApp, or phone strictly for Privilege Membership activities, events, and updates.
Members may opt out of non-essential communication by contacting the LVB India Office.
GUEST SPEAKER POLICY
Each LT has to invite a guest speaker to the chapter 2 times in a period of 6 months.
A guest speaker means a businessman who is associated with business and who has some outstanding achievements in his field can be invited as a guest speaker.
The LT has to finalize the guest speaker by talking to the director and checking the background of the guest speaker.
It is necessary to give an official invitation to the guest speaker by ST. It is very important for the ST to inform the Guest Speaker in advance about all the activities of the LVB.
Guest speakers should be given 30 to 40 minutes for their speech.
In the speech that the guest speaker gives, he/she should share his business experience as much as possible so that every member can use it in his business.
On the day of Guest Speaker Day, LVB Session and Business Presentation should be skipped and that time should be given to the speaker.
It is especially important to keep in mind that the Guest Speaker is not a member of LVB and has not come as a Visitor in the past.
If for some reason the guest speaker is cancelled at the last moment, then the ST has to make advance preparations so that the Business Presentation and LVB Session can be held at that meeting.
The guest speaker's trophy should have the logo of LVB and its look must be completely professional.
If you invite any guest speaker in LVB, it is very important to maintain their respect.
JOINT CHAPTER MEETING POLICY
Every Chapter shall hold Joint Chapter Meeting only 2 times during the period of 6 months.
If possible, the meeting should be a joint meeting when a guest speaker is invited.
In the joint meeting of two chapters without focusing on the number of other chapter’s member, It should be considered that the maximum number of members of own chapter’s should be present.
Keeping 30 seconds mandatory in Joint Meeting so that members get Cross Chapter Visibility.
Finding a good hotel in a joint meeting so that arrangements can be made well.
Focusing on coming more visitors in the joint meeting.
No of joint meeting & it will be had or not which is finally decided by city head / ED.
Divide the expenses regarding joint meeting & immediately execute.
If strength is different in both chapter, then count fix expenses in half like, sound, LED, event decoration, trophy, etc.
DESIGN POLICY
If a member uses the LVB logo, LT must verify it once and the design must be creative.
Logo should be used only in places where the brand value of LVB is maintained. Strict action will be taken against any member who uses the logo without knowledge in places where the brand value of LVB is not maintained.
In design of any chapter of LVB, it is necessary to use the colour code of LVB.
If you create a post of any Initiative at the Chapter or City Level, it is necessary to get an OK from the Chapter Director or City Head.
If chapter organize any type of social or OBCT then they can’t use of LVB logo in that post.
CHAPTER SPONSORSHIP POLICY
Regular Meetings should always maintain the professional environment and brand value of LVB while planning any sponsorship-related activities.
If any initiative is conducted during Regular Meetings, such as booklet printing, support can be managed through advertisements or promotional support.
Chapters can arrange sponsorship support for social activities or chapter initiatives whenever required. If possible, expenses should be shared equally among members.
All chapter activities and events should be managed with proper planning, transparency, and balanced expenses.
LT/Directors should avoid collecting unnecessarily high contributions or sponsorship amounts from members during launches or activities.
Chapters can take sponsorship support for professional meeting arrangements such as tables, backdrops, and chair decorations for 3 to 6 months.
Proper design quality and official LVB branding should be maintained in all decorations and promotional materials.
Before finalizing any sponsorship-related activity, approval from the City Head Office is recommended.
Sponsorship support should preferably be taken from official LVB members of the respective chapter.
LT, Directors, and EDs will be jointly responsible for sponsorship-related activities and coordination.
It is recommended to keep written confirmation or agreements with sponsors for better transparency.
All meeting and activity expenses should be managed professionally and in a balanced manner for smooth future operations.
SOCIAL EVENT POLICY
Two types of social events can be done by the chapter.
1) Business Growth Event
2) Family Event (Members bonding can increase)
Any chapter has to do social event individually.
Do not make any effort to increase the number of Leaders & Members of other Chapters in the Social Event.
Take care that a chapter does not do too much social function/event in a short period of time.
Any LT can undergo OBCT (Out Bonding Chapter Training) once in a period of 6 months.
OBCT will be considered as a part of Social Event, and if possible in OBCT, trainer can be accompanied or LT himself can also conduct Business Growth, Self-Growth Activity.
Any disruption during OBCT or regular meetings shall be the responsibility of the member. If possible, avoid going to any place where adequate safety equipment is not available.
If possible, if a member goes for any social activity out of the city, then it is necessary to give the information to his/her family and city head.
If for any reason going outside the city to visit regarding LVB, it will be the sole responsibility of the member.
AWARD POLICY
In LVB, 2 types of appreciation,
Appreciate to best performer from members who does good activity by every 15 days during the meeting.
The best performer is awarded in every 4 meetings, i.e. after every 2 months. The evaluation of the award is based on 2 months of activities. Application data is using in award evaluation.
- Compulsory give 7 Awards to winner members which is mentioned here for 3 times in 6 months.

EVERY 15 DAYS BEST PERFORMENCE AWARD OR GIFT WILL BE GIVEN BY CUREENT CHAPTER PRESENTATION TAKER MEMBER.
BOTH PRESENTER MAY BE COME WITH 3-3 GIFT HAMPER OR THEIR PRODCUT.
AT THE TIME OF FALICITATION, THIS PRESENTER WILL APPRECIATE THE BEST PERFORMERS.
EVERY 2 MONTH AWARDS MUST BE ONLY FOR:
- Maximum V2V
- Maximum Reference giver
- Maximum Business giver
- Maximum Induction
- Maximum Visitors
- Best Co - Ordinator
- Star of the month
This 2 month award must be maintained by LT.
Also give the above 7 awards to those who have the best performance in last 6 months at the time of “Change of Guard Ceremony”(total 4 time)
The award should be given without any kind of bias so that no member's opinion is discriminated against in the evaluation of the Award.
It is important to maintain the quality of the award and the brand value of the LVB logo in the award.
LT and Director will get an award during the Change of Guard Ceremony only for their 6 months dedicated role. Apart from this LT team wants to take or note any above mentioned award during 6-month period is up to LT’s internal decisions.
The old LT will give the award to the director and the new LT will give the award to the old LT.
During the Change of Guard Ceremony, old LT will express their gratitude by giving certificate or award to all old Co-ordinators who have worked during the old LT’s 6-month tenure.
It’s not compulsory to give award who takes LVB session/learning session during the meeting.
No other type of award shall be given to any member or leadership team or director.
RENEWAL POLICY
The period of privilege membership is 1 year which shall be valid for one year from the date of membership.
Every member has to renew their membership after every 11 months. That means the membership process has to be done before 1 month.
Every LT & Director should try to renew maximum number of members in their Chapter.
At the time of renewal, if a member has repeatedly spoken negatively about the chapter in the past or if his behaviour with the member is inappropriate, then you can stop the renewal of such a member.
At the time of renewal, the member shall follow the same membership process and pay the applicable membership fees as in force at the time of renewal. By renewing the membership and making the renewal payment, the member shall be deemed to have automatically accepted and agreed to comply with all updated Rules & Regulations, policies, procedures, and amendments issued by the organization from time to time.
If a member wants to change his business category at the time of renewal, if there is a vacancy in that chapter only then he/she can renew in it, otherwise they will have to go in another chapter.
If a member wants to change his/her chapter at the time of renewal, the reason will be considered valid otherwise the member can renew in a new chapter after three months only if permission is given by the chapter director and city office.
During the three-month break period, the member’s business category shall not remain blocked in any chapter and may be allotted to another eligible member as per the applicable rules.
If a member wishes to join a different chapter after the three-month waiting period, they shall not be eligible for renewal and must apply as a new member by completing the applicable new membership process and paying the prevailing membership fees. Such transfer shall be subject to category availability in the new chapter. Upon joining the new chapter, the member’s previous records, achievements, attendance, referrals, rankings, statistics, and all other member-related data shall not be carried forward, and the membership tenure and performance records shall start afresh from Day One. If a member wishes to change their business category within the same chapter during the membership tenure, they shall be required to pay the applicable new membership fee. Such change shall be subject to category availability and necessary approvals. Upon approval, the member’s existing Membership ID, membership tenure, achievements, attendance, referrals, records, statistics, rankings, and all other member-related data shall continue without interruption, and only the business category shall be changed.
Members should contact the Chapter Director and City Office for guidance and approvals. All chapter transfer requests, category changes, and new memberships shall be processed in accordance with the applicable organizational rules and policies.
Chapter Change → new membership, category availability check, all records reset, fresh start from Day One.
Category Change within Same Chapter → new fee required, but ID, tenure, achievements, referrals, rankings, and all records continue.
CHAPTER'S KITTY FUND POLICY
Every time a new chapter has a Coffee Meet, Biz Talk then the Chapter's Kitty Fund is started.
A full account of any fees collected from the member and the expenses incurred at that place shall be kept with the bill.
Even if there is an event (social) a complete account should be kept along with their bill.
The account of each meeting of the Chapter should be maintained as per date, 1 print of all the accounts should be placed in the file at the office through the Director when the LT is complete their tenure.
If a member argues about the account of the Chapter, the LT can show the accurate accounting.
From the balance of the chapter, if the LT and Director find it suitable the property required for the chapter (Ex. Sound - Projector) can buy. Whenever any member is removed, any ownership of that item will not be transferred.

Be careful about member's kitty fund not to incur unnecessary expenses as a Kitty Fund. LT must communicate with the Director once before incurring any major expenditure.
At the time of Change of Guard, the old LT will give the complete accounting file and kitty fund to the new LT and the Chapter Director act as a mediator.
Until the chapter is launched, the entire responsibility of the Kitty Fund has to chapter director. After that ST has to be handed over and full responsibility of the Kitty Fund will remain with the ST.
INTERCHAPTER VISITOR POLICY(For Members Only)
Prior approval from both the home chapter and the visiting chapter is mandatory for all inter-chapter visits and must follow the prescribed approval process.
In-City Visit: Member → LT → Director
Intercity Visit: Member → LT → Director → ED
If a member visits another chapter within the same city, they shall not be permitted to give a presentation during the official meeting. The LT will introduce the visiting member by mentioning their name, business category, and company name, and the visiting member will be requested to stand during the introduction.
If a member visits a chapter in another city, they may introduce themselves for up to 20–30 seconds by mentioning their name, business category, company name, and business basics. However, business presentations, detailed business promotion, or extended speaking time shall not be permitted.
OBSERVER/GUEST POLICY(For Leaders Only)
Prior approval from both the home city and the host city is mandatory for all Observer/Guest visits and must follow the prescribed approval process.
Approval Process:
LT → Director
Director → Executive Director (ED)
Only the LT or Director of the current city shall be considered an Observer.
A current city LT/Director attending as an Observer may introduce only their name and LVB position and may share feedback/review of the meeting when permitted.
An LT or Director from another city shall be considered a Guest.
An LT/Director from another city attending as a Guest may introduce their name, business name, business category, brief business introduction, and LVB position and may share feedback/review of the meeting when permitted.
Observer/Guest visits are allowed only for observing, learning, networking, and providing meeting feedback.
LEAVE POLICY
MATERNITY LEAVE POLICY:
- Maternity Leave can be applied only for Maximum 4 months.
- At this time, Member will not attend every 15 days meeting.
- Member will be able to do regular V2V.
- The member will able to stay active in her WhatsApp group.
- The membership of that member will be extended for 4 months.
- Meeting fees will be not charged for this absent period.
- The category of those members will be blocked in their chapter for 4 months.
- In addition, the Substitute Policy will also be applicable after 4 months (Give regular attendance if possible).
- After the termination of Maternity Leave Policy, all policies will be applicable.
- For Maternity Leave member can inform LT or city ED. Absent will be placed by LT during her Leave.
LONG HOLIDAY LEAVE POLICY
- Long Holiday Leave can be applied Maximum for 2 months.
- This policy will be applicable only if the member goes to Out of City / Country.
- This policy will be applicable in the Rolling Period of 6 months Holiday Proof like traveling ticket is required to be provided along with Personal Selfie and Photos.
- Membership will be counted regularly during Holiday Leave.
- Absenteeism Policy will not be applied during Holiday Leave.
- There will be allowed for if their Substitute comes during Holiday.
- Meeting fees will be changed for this absent period.
- This will not be their substitute policy count.
- The category of those members will be blocked in their chapter for 2 months.
- After the end of Long Holiday Leave Policy, all policies will be applicable.
- Absent will be placed by LT during leave period.
MEDICAL LEAVE POLICY
- Medical Leave can be applied maximum for 2 months.
- If there is a serious medical problem, member can apply for leave for more period of time.
- Take leave after informing LT Team first.
- Absenteeism Policy will not be applied during medical Leave.
- Subject to time circumstances, if it is later reported that you are in an emergency situation, then the Medical Leave Policy will be considered automatically valid.
- Don't worry if the member does not send his / her substitute during medical Leave but you can arrange the substitute if possible. This will not count in their substitute policy.
- Leave for 1 or 2 meetings will not be available.
- It is mandatory to submit the medical report of health issue for medical leave, if necessary, LT Team will also communicate with doctor.
- The category of those members will be blocked in their chapter for 2 months.
- After the end of medical leave policy, all policies will be applicable.
LVB MEMBER'S DATA USING POLICY
No member or any organization or company can send data of LVB member anywhere in Excel, CSV or PDF format.
They will be wholly owned by LVB and ED and Director appointed by them.
A member uses the member's data for calling or any type of advertisement.
No third party or organization will be able to access this information. If this information is disclosed, defamation claims will be made against the member and the third party, and the member will be removed from LVB.
Any data submitted by the member to LVB is given voluntarily for use in the application and web portal to increase business. Even if the person is not a member, the full ownership of the submitted data will remain with LVB.
PHYSICAL MEETING FEES POLICY
During occupancy time of any meeting, if any serious incident or problem happened then LVB INDIA/LVB REGION office/CHAPTER DIRERCOR/LT TEAM is not responsible for the same.
In privilege membership, member has to compulsory attend physical meeting as per LVB rules.
Meeting location selection is decided by help of LT, Director, City ED. LVB INDIA is not responsible for any place selection process.
Safety parameter must be check before doing any physical meeting. If found any critical situation then don’t refer that type of meeting location or hotels.
During any physical meeting, any incidence or problem occurred then LVB or LVB’s any region office is not responsible for that particular.
Every single member of LVB is sole responsible for any type of situation.
At any meeting place or gathering place if you found that there is no any safety equipment then go for meeting or not is final depends on members.
The Structure of Meeting Fees should be kept the same for each Chapter according to the area of the city, so that there is never a comparison within the Chapter.
Meeting Fees should be collected in advance by ST so that arrangements can be made in advance at that place.
Meeting Fees to maintain a level of minimum 500 and maximum 1000 rupees to any Chapter.
Save the increased balance as Chapter balance (kitty fund) which can be used for Chapter Growth.
If a chapter conducts a social event, that chapter can take an amount from the member as per the requirement.
LT must provide each member with options for meeting fees for 4 meetings, 6 meetings, or 12 meetings, ensuring that members do not experience financial discomfort.
For meeting fees city wise minimum (ex. 500/-) and maximum (ex. 1000/-) fixed amount only.
When launching any new Chapter, you may charge more than the regular fixed expenses as per the circumstances.
All members except maternity leave have to pay compulsory meeting fees.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
According to this policy, every member joining LVB must behave in a disciplined manner with every member and every leader.
It is necessary to participate wholeheartedly in the meetings and all activities of LVB, and to use speech in a systematic manner.
If a member misbehaves with any other member or leader, the authority to terminate them from the chapter will belong to the leader of that chapter.
If any member tries to disperse or dissolve the group by spreading negativity within the chapter, they will be terminated by the Chapter Director or the City ED without prior notice.
If any responsible leader goes against LVB and spreads negativity in the chapter or misuses his position, he will also be terminated from the chapter by his city head.
Principles
- Be respectful and tolerant towards each other members,
- In LVB LT, Director, Co-ordinator works for Growth of Chapter so every member must respect.
- Your inappropriate behaviour may also result in your termination from the Chapter.
- Adapting the networking environment by correcting inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour is necessary.
- Every member must act as Brand Ambassador of LVB.
- Always keep a positive attitude towards LVB to any member because the organization you are associated with goes ahead only with your cooperation.
- Respect towards LVB, respect, tolerance, support, cooperation, collaboration, spirit of teaching each other, spirit of helping each other, behaviour with Visitor, money transaction with member, all these things will be seen positively.
- Verbal abuse, threatening behaviour, physical abuse, bullying, politics, racism, wilful damage, criminal behaviour, theft or loss of any property of LVB will be considered against LVB and legal action will be taken or strictly all action against LVB will be taken.
MEMBER PLACE VISIBLITY (MPV) POLICY
LT/ Director can arrange MPV on alternate week day of every meeting.
In MPV, any one member’s place will take as meeting place where present member take turn for 10/15 min and give live demonstration of product at the same time other member will take turn for 2/3 minute and try to connect live with other present member.
MPV must happen during off – peak hours.
If possible, do arrangements like member place visibility and coffee meet done in same time and location
If city ED allow to visitor in this activity, then non LVB member can visit it. After that if anyone interested to visit regular meeting then chapter can invite for as visitor during meeting.

TRAVELING POLICY
This policy serves as a declaration by the member and outlines the travel-related responsibilities and policies when traveling out of the city for any business purpose or LVB-related activity. By agreeing to this policy, the member confirms that during any outstation trip made for business reasons or on behalf of Local Vocal Business Pvt. Ltd. or any City Executive Director, the member takes full personal responsibility for travel, stay, health, safety, and well-being. This applies not only to the member but also to any individual accompanying the member on the trip. The same terms and responsibilities apply to the accompanying person(s), whether they have agreed to this policy or not.
The member understands and agrees that LVB shall not, at any point, be held responsible or liable for accidents, injuries, or health issues; theft, loss, or damage to personal property; legal matters, personal disputes, or third-party claims; natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; or any other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
The member is advised to arrange proper travel insurance to cover emergencies. The member will maintain and share emergency contact details with family or trusted persons. The member commits to following all local laws, safety measures, and health protocols. The member understands that LVB may assist with business-related support only, not personal or legal matters.
The member further understands that, as per the membership form, LVB policies may change from time to time based on requirements, and the member agrees to comply with all such updates and changes as a part of ongoing membership.
The member declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the points mentioned above. The member accepts full responsibility for personal actions and safety during travel and will not hold LVB accountable under any circumstances.
PRIME MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Active Privilege Members are not eligible to log in to the Prime Application. Access to Prime Membership will be granted only after a member is removed from Privilege Membership and the reason for removal is verified. Prime Membership access will be provided only to the registered contact number of the former Privilege Membership, and no changes or substitutions are allowed. If a member wishes to change the contact number or add a substitute, a new Prime Membership must be purchased.
If any violation is reported by the City Executive Director or Chapter Director, access to Prime Membership will not be provided, and in such cases, the Privilege Membership will also be terminated. Members may cancel Prime Membership at any time through their account; however, once cancelled, access cannot be restored and a new purchase will be required to regain membership.
All Prime Members will be added to the official Prime WhatsApp group, and leaving the group for any reason will result in automatic cancellation of Prime Membership without prior notice. During the transfer to Prime Membership, all existing data and connections will be removed, and members will be required to create a new profile within Prime Membership.
MEMBERSHIP INVOICE POLICY
Members must verify all invoice details, including GST/Non-GST selection, company details, GSTIN, and invoice amount before generating the invoice.
Once the invoice is generated, no modifications, corrections, or conversion between GST and Non-GST will be allowed.
If the invoice is not generated by the member, LVB India may generate the invoice on the member’s behalf. (within 30 days of payment verification)
System-generated invoices may be shared through the application or via WhatsApp.
Members are requested to verify the invoice within 24 hours of receiving or accessing it. Any discrepancy must be reported within this period.
After 24 hours, the invoice will be considered final and no changes or claims will be accepted.
Members are responsible for sharing and verifying invoices with their Chartered Accountant (CA) or financial advisor, if required.
All Privacy Policy terms will automatically apply while you use the LVB application. These policies may be updated from time to time, and by continuing your membership and using the application, it will be deemed that you have accepted the updated Privacy Policy.
