1. LVB is a reference platform for businessman, and each member is responsible for their own financial transactions.
2. The LVB membership fee is an annual fee, and any meeting or event fee must be paid separately.
3. Business attire and LVB badge are mandatory for all members in every meeting of LVB.
4. Members can take up to three leaves during 6 months rolling period for valid reasons. After that, if a member takes leave, the leadership team can take action against them.
5. Members can send substitutes three times during their six-month rolling period.
6. If a member is terminated based on the absenteeism policy, they can only re-join LVB after three months.The head office will make a decision after knowing the reason for their termination.
7. All LVB members must pay 24 chapter meeting fees per year, and the fees may vary depending on the meeting location.
8. Only two members per category can join any chapter, and any businessperson can become a member of any one chapter of LVB.
9. Members must represent their registered business category in official meetings.
10. The leadership team (LT) will change every six months, after which another active member will get an opportunity to become part of the LT.
11. Any member who engages in unfair or immoral behaviour towards any other member or the LT, then they will be immediately terminated by the concerned LT.
12. If a member wants to change their registered category, they have to renew their membership. The renewal is subject to availability in that category in the particular chapter. Otherwise, the member will be transferred to any other chapter.
13. The membership period is one year, and members must renew their membership with one month's advance notice.
14. Members should not mention the name of LVB while attending any social or professional group meeting.
15. No category of MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is allowed in LVB, and no member can introduce this category in the future. Any member found presenting MLM category other than their registered category will be terminated without notice.
16. Members are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other LVB members and individuals outside of the group. Any member found guilty of engaging in mental, physical, or sexual harassment of another LVB member or any other person will face immediate removal from the group. Any decision taken by the LVB office regarding such matters will be subject to the consent of the head office. All legal proceedings shall be within the jurisdiction of surat city.
17. Members will not receive a refund or transfer of their fees if they cancel their membership for any reason.
18. If the membership review committee cancels a membership for any reason, the fee will only be refunded in the initial phase. No refund will be given in case of any complaint by the leadership or member or in case of cancellation after the policy break. If GST is paid at the time of cancellation, the taxable amount will be refunded.
19. Any visitor or visitor invited by a member can only visit LVB two times.
20. All rules regarding membership invoices and Prime membership access will be governed as per the Privacy Policy.
21. Any member of LVB having any other problem or suggestion should email the Official Mail Id of LVB (info@lvb-india.com).
22. LVB policies may change as per requirements, and members must accept these changes.

All Terms & Conditions will automatically apply while you use the LVB application. These terms may be updated from time to time, and by continuing to use the application, it will be deemed that you have accepted the updated Terms & Conditions.
