Our franchisees, who we call Executive Directors, the cornerstone of LVB's growth strategy, spearhead the establishment and expansion of LVB Chapters within their local communities.  Essentially, each new member represents an additional sales force at their disposal. Moreover, as members strive to enlarge their chapters, they inherently become recruiters themselves, fueling further growth.
